With a new twist, the annual Taste of Carroll presented by M&T Bank invites participants to partake in a one-year culinary road trip as they taste and explore all that our community has to offer.
“Although the popular event will look a little different this year, the experience is guaranteed to please every palate,” says Ann Bollinger, BridgingLife Board of Trustees chair.
The 2021 Taste of Carroll Community Cuisine Passport Book, sold for $100, is filled with exclusive dining offers from restaurants, cafés and breweries in and around Carroll County.
Designed to honor the charitable local business owners who have supported Taste of Carroll in years past, the Passport Book invites BridgingLife supporters into the local restaurants from April 26, 2021 to April 25, 2022.
“While we are shifting focus to extend appreciation to our community partners, sponsors of the event continue to stand with us, many increasing their support,” explains Bollinger. “Presenting sponsor M&T Bank committed their partnership in the early stages of planning, inspiring us to create a safe culinary experience for our generous supporters while giving back to our community.”
Community Cuisine Passport Books may be purchased through the Taste of Carroll website and will be available for pickup at several locations. Another favorite feature of Taste of Carroll is the silent auction, to be held virtually from April 30 to May 3, 2021.
Proceeds from Taste of Carroll directly benefit BridgingLife’s programs and services, including care of individuals with life-limiting illness and grief support offered to family members and the community following the loss of a loved one.
