What an exciting challenge Mike Burden made with the Kim Kelly Burden Foundation. They will match all donations from donors up to $50,000 in support of Carroll Hospice’s expansion project through June 30, 2020! This create a fantastic opportunity for donors to DOUBLE the impact of their giving.

Carroll Hospice Aide Dawn Bacon Named SuperStar of the Month
Congratulations are in order for Carroll Hospice aide Dawn Bacon, who was selected as Carroll Hospital’s July SuperStar of the Month.
An associate since 2018, Bacon was chosen for her compassion and willingness to go well above and beyond her normal duties to assist a hospice patient.

Carroll Hospice has been named a 2019 Hospice Honors recipient by HEALTHCAREfirst, a leading provider of CAHPS surveys and advanced analytics. Hospice Honors is a prestigious program that recognizes hospices providing the highest level of quality as measured from the caregiver’s point of view.

Today, Carroll Hospice honored and thanked veterans for their service to our country during its annual We Honor Veterans breakfast.

2018 Carroll Hospice Volunteer of the Year: Audrey Byrd
Audrey Byrd was named Carroll Hospice’s Volunteer of the Year at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in June. She has been volunteering with the organization since fall 2009 and has logged more than 2,000 volunteer hours.
